Can't find this Computer

I haven’t worked with Metagrid for a long time. Now I want to activate it again. On a PC (windows 11) with Metaserver version 5.1.4 USB OK NET no - on the iPad is Metagrid Pro 1.6.7 (build 28671)

Every time I try to connect Metagrid I get the error message

MUSICFACTORY Cant find this Computer on your network. Metaserver 4.0.0.0 or later needed.

The Ipad is connected to the PC via USB. This used to work perfectly. Now it doesn’t - what’s wrong?

Hi Mike,

  1. Are you using a USB Hub?
  2. Have you got iTunes (with Bonjour support) installed on your system?

to 1 - no
to 2 - no

But it works again. I deleted and reinstalled everything and it finds the metaserver via USB again.
