Ever since the update to MS6. My iPad is connected to WiFi AND to USB. Windows 11 recognizes the iPad as a device. MGPro even shows as connected by both USB and WiFi on the connection screen (i.e., where it shows your plan and your “available computers”). But I just can’t get it to actually connect.
MS6 shows “Wi-Fi” disabled. That’s technically true; my PC has a wired connection and currently has no separate W-Fi. But everything is on the same network. And it all worked great until the update. I’m wondering if MS6 is seeing I have WiFi off on the PC and then not bothering to realize it’s connected by anything else, either USB or ethernet.
Curious here dude… When you enter device manager and show hidden devices do you see lots of Metagrid ghost devices??? if you have , try removing them all, restart the system and see if that makes a difference.

I’ve managed to connect via wifi. (The USB connection kept dropping.) But I have some stability issues and I’m not sure how to proceed.
@tboulette That’s irregularities should not hinder the communication - it should be usable. Have you send us the logs for the USB connectivity issues you are experiencing?
