Just wondering if a forum exists for users of Metagrid Legacy or Basic or whatever you wish to call it?
Or is it no longer supported?
For what it’s worth, todays Metaserver update as a prior update caused my ipad to crash. Fortunately I was able to find an old Metaserver version that works just fine.
But this is the 2nd time an update has caused Metagrid (legacy) to not work.
I was told through a support ticket that Metaserver 5 onwards will not support Metagrid classic/basic/legacy…
It is no longer possible to run Metagrid Classic alongside Metagrid Pro - despite the website still stating that it is.
At time of wrting Pro on windows isn’t working either as the latest push update demands Metaserver 5.2.0 which isn’t available on the download page. Sadly it’s all a bit of a mess. I rate Metagrid very highly, but lately pushed updates haven’t gone well, and I wish they wouldn’t do it.
I see admin are on the case and are having to withdraw the latest update…
I know im missing out with some features of the pro version,. But reading facebook group new pro features often have issues.
And im happy for what the Legacy version achieves.
