Feature Request - Could you possibly Compile MetaServer for MAC: 5.2.3.2748 - MetaGrid Pro Only (macOS 13 or later) for Catalina 10.15.7?

I have a Mac Pro (early 2009) with Catalina 10.15.7.
She runs perfectly with DP 11. I have MetaGridPro on IOS iPad. Loads of Macros.
Feature Request - Could you Compile MetaServer for MAC: 5.2.3.2748 - MetaGrid Pro Only (macOS 13 or later) for Catalina 10.15.7? Would love to use it on this wonderful Cheese Grater Mac!

We wold really love to provide the support for older machines but the technology is moving - new communications frameworks and other stuff - lots of the changes have been enforced by Apple to ensure the compatibility with their technical requirements. I am afraid we can’t compile the latest server for earlier that 13.

Hi Gregg, there’s an open source project that may be of help to you here. ‘OpenCore Legacy Patcher’ allows you to run even the latest MacOs releases on ‘old’ hardware. I’ve been running Monterey, and subsquently Sonoma, on a mid 2011 iMac and a 2016 Macbook Pro for a couple of years now - with virtually no issues. The project is very active, and Mr Macintosh (on YouTube), produces very detailed videos to explain the installation process. The OpenCore docs will provide information on any compatibility issues for your specfic hardware. OpenCore Legacy Patcher
