I was helping a friend set up Cubase & MGP. But we weren’t unable to access the DAW integration panel for Cubase in Metaserver. It says Cubase is not installed.
He’s got the new Cubase 16, latest version of MGP & Metaserver.
I had him import my Cubase profile(I’m on Cubase 15, not sure if this has any effect). We were able to set up everything, MIDI Remote(Commands & Selected Channel), the macros1/2 Generic remote, etc. A quick test in Cubase also showed everything working fine with the MIDI remote scripts and custom macros all triggering properly.
Just that I’m unable to point to the two Generic Remote macros in Metaserver, since the whole tab is inaccessible at the moment.
Any clues to why this might be happening?
