I have been a Metagrid user for a long time.
I have setup everything properly, but i am experiencing issues (PC W11)
Macros work fine but i can’t get keyboard shortcuts to work.
Also Metagrid does not change scenes based on which Cubase window is open.
I am confused about what method to follow to setup Metagrid with Cubase 14 because there are two methods available.
One, setting up 5 generic remotes, the other setting up only two and using the new Cubase method for the other 3.
I see a notification at the support page saying that there are issues on PC with Metagrid and to use the old method (5 remote devices) instead of the new one.
Depending on which video i watch the recommended method varies from one to the other.
Which one should i use?

Hi, use the old method selecting 5 xml files in generic remote Cubase 14. To get scenes change , enable on each grid in Edit Mode “ Focus tracking”.
