Unable to get subscription working on iPad

I also emailed this to help@metagrid.app but thought I’d also ask here: I purchased a lifetime subscription for Metagrid Pro through the Mac desktop app, since I couldn’t get it to work from my iPad, but the iPad isn’t recognizing that I have a subscription even though it’s on the same Apple ID. I’m on the latest Metaserver, iPad Metagrid Pro app, and iOS. My iPad is a bit old but it runs the latest iOS and the app functions except that when I click on the subscription button it just spins as if it’s perpetually loading the 3 subscription options.

That’s a weird behavior indeed. Let’s take it through the support ticket - I guess we will need to contact Apple with more details.

The issue has been solved by the user enabling Location services on his iPad
