Hi,

iPadOS 15.8.4 on iPad Air 2 Grids work, but importing does not seem to be supported.

MGP 1.16.13 is installed.

Meta server 5.3.1

I get a “No Grids found” message when trying to share. None of the newer files are available in iCloud either.

Are there work arounds for sharing Grids on older iPads? The Grids from iPadOS 18.6.2 don’t seem to be transferable with the import or share functions. There are other issues but the messages being sent from the Grid seem to work as expected. I didn’t find any minimum requirements for MGP so maybe we can start a dialog addressing this subject? As I said, any work arounds available would be appreciated.

The Share import option is used for importing the grids shared directly from your computer that have not been imported at once - they are gathered in a “cache” so you can import them later, not immediately after you receive them (MGP displays the dedicated windows when you share the grid with your iPad from the computer).

And yes, you can easily share grids to your iPads using Dropbox, iCloud Drive or Air Drop. Please watch this:

The Ableton Live Profile was corrupt. I deleted and reinstalled and now works.
