[In Progress] Missing Cubase Sync In/Out Ports on Setup Cubase 14 Mac

Hi - I’m setting up MetaGrid Pro and I can’t find the Cubase Sync ports to add a MIDI controller surface. All the other Metagrid ports are there, Metasystem Cubase, Metasystem MIDI, Metasystem MCU. Any idea how to find/add the missing port? Thanks!

Can you please check if this port is visible on any external MIDI monitor like www.snoize.com?

I’m also not seeing it. I was previously seeing it (but oddly enough wasn’t seeing the Metasystem - MCUport). And then I updated Metaserver from v6 to v6.0.1 (Build 3851) and now I DO see Metaserver - MCU port but do not see the Metaserver - Cubase - Sync ports.

Confirmed on Midi Monitor as well, I have the Metasystem Midi port and the Cubase port options enabled in Metaserver but I only show:

Metasystem - MCU
Metasystem - MIDI
Metasystem - Cubase

I’m on MacOS 15.7.4

What about when you restart you computer? Can you also share the logs from MetaServer and send them to help@metagrid.app?
