Is it possibile to access additional MIDI ports on PC?

Hi, on my Mac I can access the additional MIDI ports for Cubase with buttons but how do I access these additional MIDI ports on PC? Do I have to create the ports on LoopMIDI? But what are the exact names these port have to have? I cannot find any mention of this in the user guide

Yes, you should create these ports in LoopMIDI name these ports “Metasystem - Cubase 2 - In” and “Metasystem - Cubase 2 - Out” respectively (and so on).

Thanks for your reply, I created the first MIDI ports Metasystem - Cubase 2 - In” and “Metasystem - Cubase 2 - Out and they seems to work ok inside Cubase. What about the Metasystem Cubase Sync port? How should I call it exactly? And what is this used for?

Metasystem Cubase Sync is used for our MIDI Remote integration and it is hard coded in our MIDI Remote scripts. Sadly, the Windows integration doesn’t work as expected so you can easily use this port.
