Metagrid crashes for me and we think we have tracked it to the RAM getting full and the system kicking Metagrid out.

I’m using the Device Monitor app and it shows barely 600MB of free RAM. And this is after a clean reset and install and just the basic OS installed with iCloud deactivated.

Would appreciate hearing from other users of iPad 9th gen.

Does it work fine?

Did you upgrade to iOS26 or are you running previous versions?

Do you use something to monitor RAM? If so, how much does it show as free?

I‘m using an iPad 9th generation (and also a previous iPad from 2018) and Metagrid wotks well for me., it crashes only when trying to do a full backup, I haven’t upgraded to iOS 26 though
