MGP sticks on one app

MGP 1.6.11, MS 5.2.0, iPad pro iPad OS 18.6.2, M3 MBP OS Sequoia 15.6.1

I have one particular app (Steinberg Dorico) that remains active when I switch back to the Finder/Desktop. Also, Dorico appears to be the “default” even when Dorico is not running. If I start other apps like Cubase the grid will respond appropriately, but when I click on the desktop/finder it goes back to Dorico instead of my Desktop profile.

It makes me think the Finder/Desktop is somehow set to point to the Dorico profile.

I have deleted and re-added the Metaserver Accessibility permissions several times and restarted all of the devices.

Any other trouble shooting options?
