MGP 1.7 Cubase Setup

Is there an updated guide to setting up MGP 1.7 with Cubase Pro 15 using the Generic Remotes with the new Microsoft MIDI stack? I’m not sure what to do with Generic Remotes 1,2,3,4, etc.
