Please check this: Go to Files on your iPad, go to iCloud Drive > MetaGrid Pro and check if the files you want to import are accessible in the corresponding location. Please confirm.

Yes, the file path is exactly as you described. iCloud Drive/MetaGrid Pro/(all the folders above). My backups are in the Backup folder, grids in the Grid folder, workspaces in the Workspaces folder.

Same behavior here on my iPad Mini. The iPad Pro works fine. I can’t import any profiles, grids… from the iPad Pro. The iPad Mini see’s the files that it has exported. But it doesn’t see the files that the iPad Pro exported.

Have you tried to import individual grids/workspaces from the Content Manager? Do you see the blank screen as well there?
