Recently updated from Metagrid to Metagrid Pro and it’s repeatedly failing to import backups and then failing to open.
I fully backed up to Dropbox before updating. When importing the backup in Metagrid Pro it gets stuck on the importing page (I’ve left for hours, never finishes). I close the app and then whenever I open Metagrid Pro after that it crashes on connection regardless of whether that’s by cable or Wi-Fi.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and have had the same results.
I can’t import any grids / views separately from dropbox via the content manager as I keep getting error messages (MetaGrid_Pro.DropboxServiceError error 2)
Please help.
