How to stop "Grid Sync" Notifications/Popups?

As the title suggests, is there a way to prevent Metagrid Pro asking which device I want to “Grid Sync” or whatever?

This happens every time I first load Metagrid on my ipad or if I turn off my ipad screen and come back to my computer after an hour or so.
