How to enable and share debug logging (MetaGrid Pro / MetaServer)

MetaServer_debug_logger_config.zip (655 Bytes)

  1. Fully quit MetaServer.
  2. Place the attached MetaServer.ini file in the same folder as MetaServer.exe.
  3. Launch MetaServer, connect MetaGrid, and reproduce the issue.
  4. Locate the log file at C:\Users\[username]\Documents\metaserver.log.
  5. Email the log to help@metagrid.app with a clear description of the issue.

:prohibited: Critical: Remove MetaServer.ini from that folder as soon as you’re done logging. Leaving it in place may significantly affect MetaGrid Pro performance.
