I know this has happened in the past and was fixed but since the latest update, both my ipads drop their connection to Metaserver when I do an offline bounce in Logic. Either bounce in place or main output bounce. The log shows the errors and it happens every time.
Logic 12.0.1, Mac os 15.7.4, Latest Metagrid Pro and Metaserver.
Driving me crazy at this point as sometimes in order to reconnect I need to quit Metagrip Pro on the ipads and reopen and reconnect.

Yes, this happening to me since the latest MGP 1.6.19 app and 6.0.1 server update. I’m running Logic Pro 11.2.2 on the latest version of Sonoma 14.8.5.
Actually MGP drops consistently more than any other versions of MGP (all my drops happen in Logic).
The iPad I’m using is a 5th gen M1 12.5”Pro latest ipadOS 26.4.2.
I should add this happens on both WIFI and USB connections.
We have fixed this MetaServer 6.1 - currently in beta.
Hi, any word on the server update - the drops in Logic are very frequent and it’s not just bouncing that causes the drops, they seem to happen randomly. By quitting and restarting the server is my option to get a re-connection to the iPads (USB and WiFi).
I hope this fix is in soon, it’s tough on client projects to keep the cycle of server restarts going every 30 mins or so.
We have fixed this in the current MetaGrid Pro beta - the release is planed early next week - we are finalizing the release materials.

Just wanted to say thank you for a consistently good app. I’ve been using MG and MGP for quite a few years now and have always had a solid and reliable experience with the app and server.
This issue should be fixed in MetaGrid Pro 1.7 - please confirm.
Testing the app and server update on LPX sessions all day so far and sadly MGP drops connections on USB and WiFi more frequently than before…
