Feature Request: Cubase, having LE and PLE commands run native in MG and not using generic macro

It’s been discussed a while back, but maybe for 2.0 being able to run the LE and PLE without using the generic remote. I’d prefer to simplify the setup and ultimately not use generic remote. Having a script run these commands would be helpful.

Also, running Cubase macros through scripts rather than generic remote.

Thanks for the suggestion. Triggering Logical Editor presets, Project Logical Editor presets and Cubase macros through MIDI Remote scripts would simplify the setup and remove the need for separate Generic Remote macro mappings.

Currently, our LE/PLE integration still uses Generic Remote, even when MIDI Remote handles commands and selected-channel control.

We’ve recorded your request for review. We need to assess support for LE presets, PLE presets and Cubase macros separately before confirming what we can deliver. There’s no confirmed inclusion in MetaGrid Pro 2.0 or its first beta at this stage.

The unwanted pan/mute/solo behavior you reported is being handled separately in your support topic.
