Dorico 5 and Metagrid

Hi,

I’m trying to use Metagrid Pro with Dorico 5, but the Menu Commands in Metagrid don’t work and I have to create a shortcut in Dorico for each operation.

Is there a setting in Dorico or Metagrid I have to adjust?

It’s my understanding that Dorico is not fully supported by MGP on Windows. Menu commands are not accessible on Windows. So you are limited to using keyboard shortcuts as you suggested.

Do Menu Commands work in other Mac applications?

Yes! And they work in the Dorico default grid

Can you please attach the grid you are working on here - we can’t replicate this issue on our Mac test systems - we need to see what are the button settings.

Any update to this? I’m having the same problem. Pressing the mode buttons (engrave, write, etc) just selects notes, choosing “Show Playback Options” just starts playback. I’ve copied the most recent JSON file as well.
