[Solved] Articulation Switching Messed Up

So, I had to delete my Logic preferences and in doing so I somehow messed up the Art Conductor functionality. If I play in midi then select it and hit a switch button in MGP it works as usual and switches to the right articulation. But if I try to switch before I start playing, it doesn’t work… nothing happens or in some cases, it’s grabbing the wrong articulation all together.

I’m sure it’s a simple preference, but I just can’t find it. Help!

Nevermind! Found it. It’s the “MIDI Remote” button in the Articulation Dialog in logic. Clicked it on, and back to normal.

Glad you found it, and thank you for posting the solution. Resetting Logic Pro
preferences can switch off MIDI Remote in the Articulation Settings. Enabling
it again restores articulation switching before notes are recorded.
