Selected channel fail to work properly in Cubase 15 pro

Hi,I believe I’ve set up the MIDI Remote correctly in Cubase, but it’s not syncing properly with the iPad. When I touch a fader in Cubase, the iPad updates the track name, so there is some communication between the devices. However, the fader positions, sends, and other controls are not updating or responding as expected.

I’ve attached the system specifications and some screenshots for reference.

Could you please take a look and advise on a fix? I’d appreciate any help in getting this resolved as soon as possible.

update: strange that the Cubase midi remote preset( selected channels) I downloaded from app preset page, it doesn’t shows any macro or command ( as shown in the picture) . Not sure that we need to do it manually or the script already done for us?
