Here’s a weird one I can’t track down. Since upgrading, only a few of my Art Conductor articulation maps will come up on the iPad correctly. But a few do for some unknown reason. For example, it will call up BBCSO Violin 1 Leaders, but no BBCSO Violins, the track right next to it in the template. If fact, it will call up any of the “Leaders” sets, but none of the normal sections sets.
Help!

This is fantastic. I did install the latest server version and it mostly fixed my problem, however none of the VSL Elite strings and most of the Duality String grids show up on the iPad.

Are there still known issues that need to be worked out? I did open a case with PlugSearch and they indicated some of the larger articulation sets like VSL are being worked on.
What DAW? I’m using Logic Pro and, after much trial and error, discovered that the Art Conductor object would not display articulation sets when the track had internal midi routed in from another track. Set that to off and the articulation set is displayed.
It’s fixed now, but I don’t think that was my issue. Internal MIDI In was set to off on all the tracks… both the few that would display articulations and the ones that wouldn’t after the update.
Logic for me as well. I’ll check that setting but I’m assuming all tracks are the same as I’ve not changed anything like that and some do display and some don’t.
I went from only a small number of objects displaying to a majority of objects displaying after upgrading MGS but still some of the largest ones don’t display
Download the latest version of Metagrid Server… it’s fixed for me.
I have that installed but still don’t get objects displayed for VSL Elite Strings and most of the Duality String tracks (VSL)
One more update. I created a new Duality Violin Sordino and Colors track and those worked. Then thinking the problem was with copied tracks I copied the Colors track and switched it to Virtuoso and that worked as well. So it could be I simply need to recreate those tracks that don’t work in the template.
We are working on an additional fix - this however will need to be reflected in PlugSearch as well. The fix should be ready within a week.

Just to recap: The set-up combo Metagrid Pro/Plugsearch/Art Conductor still doesn’t work with large maps like the VSAL Strings Elite. Really hope this could be fixed.

Sounds like it’s being addressed in conjunction with an update in PlugSearch.
Was working fine then suddenly not… It seems to work inside Logic but any changes to the program are no longer being shown on the iPad using Art Conductor. I believe I have the most current installs.
Currently I don’t have ANY vsl instruments of any type showing up on the iPad. It did work wondefully for a week…
Yeah, currently everything is working fine EXCEPT for Modern Scoring Strings. None of those are coming up. So weirdly hit and miss.
I’ve had good luck with it lately except for Elite Strings. I did have to recreate some tracks to make them show up like Duality String tracks. This was with an existing template. In fact I just downloaded a BBCSO template from a third party and it worked just fine as long as all the right windows were showing.
