Hello,
I’ve been working heavily with Common Grids as of late and have discovered that any new grid I’ve assigned to the Common Grids Profile/Workspace eventually becomes permanently corrupted. It usually starts to happen when I begin re-arranging elements and what causes it is random, but it always eventually happens. Cells start to merge incorrectly, cell divisions become visible on top of buttons and double-images begin to appear. These are permanent. They can’t be cleared or erased. The only way to get around it is to start with a new grid outside of the Common Grids workspace. This happened with both my own grids that have worked perfectly in other workspaces for quite a while and the Keyboard Maestro factory preset. I did heavy editing on the KM grid in two different places and only the one in Common Grids started up with the strange behavior.
Like I said, I have no idea what causes this, but it’s consistent. I’ve included multiple screen shots below of the problem. It’s a progression of trying to correct it and it just gets worse. You can’t get rid of it. The top screenshot is where I ended up after leaving edit mode. Those messed up cells remain no matter what. Can’t paste over them, clear them, nothing.
I re-installed MGP and built a new grid from scratch outside of Common Grids. Worked fine all of yesterday. Put it in Common Grids this morning and the same thing started happening.
I’ve already sent the log file from the last time period where this was happening. I also sent the messed up grid itself.
