And you pressed a button on one of your grids to control Logic Pro, right? Then this popup should appear - and then all the items in the Settings are updated.
I did not get that. It still insisted to go back to Logic Pro X and got the error in console.
I deleted everything in Mac also content of some hidden folders in HTTP and I deleted the iOS App.
Started everything from scratch with my second iPad and the after many trial an errors I got a window to select Logic Pro instead of Logic Pro X
Good to hear! Can you be more specific with your solution?
Yes. I opened Logic and Metagrid Pro on my iPad I pressed a key on iPad that was meant to control Logic and got the same error in Console. I donāt see the setting for Metagrid in Automation anymore. Nothing is working.
OK. I got the system going again with Metaserver 4.2. Itās asking me to update to 5. Should I do it or is the that the actual problem? Not sure what the difference between 5 and 4 actually isā¦
Basically I removed MetaGrid server and App (iPad). Also deleted all the files not in the application package directory of the Mac.
Then installed everything, started Logic Pro, started Metaserver and then installed the Logic Pro grid into iPad. Launched the Play from the grid and then the system asked me to locate Logic Pro (instead of Logic Pro X).
The problem seem to be the name of the App changed from Logic Pro X to Logic Pro IMO.
After selecting the Logic Pro from the opened dialog everything started to work. I regret that I did not take screenshot from it
OK, it seems that there is a difference in how MacOS handles Logic Pro name after Logic Pro 11.1 update. Here is the new MetaServer internal beta build that attempts to handle both Logic Pro and Logic Pro X versions. Let me know if it works fine.
MetaServer 5.1.0 Internal Beta.zip (5.4 MB)
Good morning,
With the 5.1.0 I was able to fix it as follows. (I did this in the fresh Mac with 5.0 installed)
So, I installed 5.1.0 and try to run Logic Pro command. It prompted me to provide rights in System / Accessibility. The old right was in place and was tying to toggle it on and off. Did not help.
So I removed the right and restarted the Server 5.1.0 so it again asked me to set the right now adding it to the list from where I deleted.
After that and restarting the Server 5.1.0 I got this screen where I clicked allow and it started to work
Thatās a good news, @prahja. Letās wait for the others to see if it is a viable solution that can go to production.
Good morning.
I did not have time to figure out all the installing and uninstalling etc so I just changed the name of Logic Pro to Logic Pro X in the Finder and itās all working fine.
I know this is not ācorrectā and once there is an official update to MGP I will install that and change the name back to Logic Pro.
Thanks!

I tried all the methods above and not working, canāt believe this one worked!!
Have you tried the MetaServer linked above and it is not solving your issue?
I tried, but I got the same repeating accessibility permission popup warning all the time. I believe Iām using the latest version now.
Not this one, I believed it was the Accessibility toggle under Privacy & Security.
Iām on 14.7.1 right now. Everything seems to run well except my Logic Pro app is renamed to āLogic Pro Xā.
