My app just updated to 1.7 and now it consistently crashes about 30s after opening. Tried to restart the iPad, but it still does the same thing. I’m on an iPad A16.
Also, the server app on Mac always crashes when I click on “integrations”.
Really cool update, but unusable for me right now with these crashes. Any help appreciated!
Update: Deleting the iPad app and reinstalling from the App Store seems to have fixed the issue. Hasn’t crashed yet.
However, the server app still crashes when clicking “integrations” after reinstalling. Might be related to the Mac shortcut app as that opens when it crashes.
Have you updated MetaServer to 6.1.0?

Yes, this issue started after updating to MetaServer 6.1.0.
please send Metagrid Pro logs and the iPad Crash logs to help@metagrid.app - we are working hard on this and it should be fixed asap.
Will do. FYI, I just went into System Settings > Privacy > Automation > MetaServer and turned off access to “Shortcuts”, and now it doesn’t crash anymore when clicking on “Integrations” in MetaServer.
crashing here too. where is the 6.1 download?
app crashes without being connected. around 30 seconds
still crashing on 1.7.1 and 6.0.2 beta on win. tested with usb unplugged also.
Still keeps crashing. Rebooted Mac and iPad. Installed versions: MetaGrid App 1.7.1 Build 35804 - MetaServer 6.1.1 Build 4316. In most load attempts, the app won’t even get to the main UI before it crashes. No difference connecting WiFi or USB only. Anything we can provide to further troubleshoot the issue? Seems that the hot fix made an attempt, but must not cover all fringe cases.
thanks for the feedback - we have received tons of logs and other info - Metagrid Pro 1.7.2 is on the way - should be out today or tomorrow.
