I have just purchased PowerMacros basic £14.99 - it doesn’t work. On my iPad it still shows as me needing to purchase the add on.
The purchase ID is MNTJQ71J2V
Version 1.65.10 build 34075 Metaserver: 5.3.0
If this isn’t a quick fix I would like a refund.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled on iPad and it now seems to work - just testing
In my short test of the premium product, I have discovered multiple faults and as such, I request a full refund. As an example - I understand that with the £14.99 purchase, the first 5 tabs should work. Therefore, why on the first tab do I find errors with Set Loc bar left and Right locked under premium firewall!? It flashes up that the object is locked and I need to upgrade to the premium product!!!
On instrument Tab, if I click any of the Kontact buttons, it inserts Evoc 20 track oscillator!
I have not tested all buttons as to be honest, the first ones I gave tested have faults. There could be many more which I do not have the time to sit here and fault find.
Please issue the refund, Im not interested in keeping this add on and I will delete this content from metagrid

Apple Store have refunded the purchase - presets deleted from my iPad

I Have personally tried the buttons Set Loc by Bar and by Play (Playhead) and both work ok here.
Have you tried connecting with a USB cable?
We have NOT heard any issues regarding this problem, so it may be related to your personal set up.
Also Kontakt instruments load as expected here. If there is an instrument already loaded in the track, then it will not work. It Only works when the there is no intrument loaded.
Did you check that you have the correct Metaserver version?
I would contact Metagrid to see if they can help you resolve the issue.
