Just some info that might be helpful.
When booting up, even with MIDI services auto delayed starting, MG server is not detecting midi services on bootup. When trying to then restart midi services in the services window, I now get an error windows can’t stop midi services. I have to go into task manager and force it to end task. I can then restart midi services and restart MG server and then it all works.
I have decided to turn off auto start for midi services as well as stopped MG server from auto start too. I will start both manually for now.
