How to change background color for a text button

Hello, I am trying to change the background color of a text button, but I can only change the text color.
I can change the background color of my macro button but not my text label

For Text Labels, go to the ‘Layout‘ tab, you’d find three options.

1)Text Only

2)Text with underline

3)Text with a background fill

Select the 3rd option, and select desired colour in the ‘Label Secondary Color‘ as your background fill.

I think my wording might be have been a little confusing . I meant the “Layout“ tab on Object Edit Panel. Please refer to the screenshot
