How do I get the XY Pad add-on?

I’m not seeing the XY Pad in the Add-On store any longer on an iPad. I have purchased the paid MetaGrid Pro application from the AppStore.
I’m only seeing Grids available in the Add-Ons page now.
There is also mention of “Premium features” in the UI in various places? What are those? Are they the same as add-ons?

It’s not working in the current version. I was told in a similar message that it’s coming in the next update…any day now.
