Custom Icons not visible

I have a Custom Icon in my iCloud / MetaGrid Pro / Custom Icons folder as png.

However I do not see it in the Custom Icons tab to add it into button.

What might be the issue ?

Can you see these files in File application on our iPad?

I can see the file(s) in the iPad folder yes, but the App does not refresh / show them

OK, what format are they - pngs? How many folder levels do you have?

Based on the documentation I have no folders, but the Custom Icons folder where my file is.

Yes, in png format they are
