Menu button → 13 items (instead of 10)

Hello,

It would be better to have 13 items (instead of 10) in the “button menu” to better match the MIDI segmentation:
0-10 → 1
10-20 → 2
20-30 → 3
……………………………
100-110 → 11
110-120 → 12
120-127 → 13
