I am seeing this error even if I reinstall and reboot.
I get it too, I am also confused with the version numbers in this picture, does that relate to MIDI v1? aren’t we supposed to be using v.2 with the new remote API? too many questions. One problem I have (Win11-C15 latest) after I add the Cubase commands remote, as soon as I close Cubase and reopen it never comes back! I have other remotes that always stay..
The remote does stay for me, it was installed when I installed the new server 6.0
As for midi v1 or v2, not sure. I have v1, I didn’t install v2, microsoft said it isn’t finished. But neither is v1 LOL
OK, Cubase version please. Can you please check if the files are physically there?
Sorry, Cubase 15.0.21 pro latest. And yes, the files are there. I can do the reinstall with no problem.
My system is also latest and the files are there but I added some additional commands to them maybe that’s the reason they are in red? but technically if MIDI Remote Commands is installed there is no need for these files right?
That seems just a state misrepresentation - will be fixed within few days.
