# MGP Crushing when switching to cubase

Hi there,  
I am on Mac Ventura 13.4, metaserver 5.1.1, Cubase 13.0.30 and metagrid Pro (1.6.7) on my Ipad (16.1.1) works only offline, as soon as I connect it to the laptop (only via cable), whenever I even just click on Cubase, the app crashes. What should I do? Is it happened to anybody else ?

Same here on PC. Can’t get it to launch on 2 iPads. Only one will launch and connect. Was running fine until I attempted to change the buttons on a Snap Shot. May have corrupted the entire project.

Please upgrade to MetaServer 5.2.1 - this should solve the problem with MGP crashing when you switch to Cubase. Let me know.

@JTB Please send us the Cubase profile for investigation. Does it cause MGP to crash? Let’s take it offline - please email as at help@metagrid.app.
