# Logic Media Composer Grid - Issues

Hi all,
I recently bought MetaGrid Pro with a monthly subscription to try it out as I was mainly interested in the Logic functionality.
The base Logic Pro grid is working fully it seems but I added the Media Composer Grid I keep getting the error “GRID LOCKED: purchase the Logic Media Composer Grid Add-On”
When I try and go to the add-ons for this it says “already purchased” - the restore purchases button also doesn’t seem to be working. (I don’t recall directly paying for it - just the monthly subscription). I would really like to get this working as this app is great!
Has anyone experienced this problem or found a fix to this?

Thanks for the report. We will investigate this. In the meantime I have sent you a message with the Media Composer Grid with the lock removed to use before we solve this.

I have the exact problem, I took the lifetime subscription ( restore everything) but I keep getting “GRID LOCKED: purchase the Logic Media Composer Grid Add-On”

Anche io ho lo stesso problema ho acquistato tutto ma non funziona niente…non comunica con logic e la griglia Media Composer grid mi risulta bloccata però nel menu della app me la fa vedere come acquistata…inoltre la griglia logic non comunica con logic per niente e nella console vengono evidenziati tutti messaggi di errore in rosso ogni volta che provo per esempio a premere PLAY…invece con LUNA funziona tutto alla perfezione senza aver fatto alcun settario…help per favore altrimenti sono soldi buttati…

The issue should be fixed in 1.6.4.
