**1. Summary/Title** _Frequent disconnection in the latest version of MGP / Metaserver._ After wrapping up a project, I thought I’ll update my MGP & Metaserver to the latest version to check the new features out. But MGP consistently and persistently crashes every few minutes. **2. Steps to Reproduce** - **Step 1** : Open Metaserver (target app doesn’t matter) - **Step 2** : Wait for a few minutes **3. Expected Result** _MGP stays open and stable._ **4. Actual Result** _MGP crashes._ **6. Device Information** - **Operating System (OS version)**: MacOS Sequoia 15.7.5 (24G624) - **MetaGrid Pro version** : 1.7.3 (Build 35821) / Metaserver 6.1.3 (Build 4335) - \*\*Device Model : iPad Pro (6thGen), Mac Studio (M4 Max) - **Affected software version (e.g., Cubase 15.0.30)**: **7. Thanks for the detailed report. A reply has also been sent to your email with the recommended troubleshooting steps. Please first create a backup of your MetaGrid Pro content. Then remove MetaGrid Pro completely from the iPad, reinstall it from the App Store, and restore your content from the backup. This will replace the application installation and clear potentially corrupted cached state while preserving your grids and other content. Please let us know whether the crashes or disconnections continue after the clean installation. ---
