# 1.6.2 - import/export/backup issues

First of all, thanks for your patience. Small request on our side - please report each issue separately and give system specs as requested in the template. These will really help us solve the issues. I have no clue what iOS, MacOS, MetaServer etc you are on. Thanks!

I have created separated issues for these:

1. MetaGrid Pro shows outdated user guide:

2. iOS16 doesn’t correctly handle MetaGrid Pro shared files

4. My backup file doesn’t contain all my profiles  
We need to test it - to our best knowledge, there is no way the profiles are skipped during backup/export/import process. Please contact help@metagrid.app and send the links to the respective backups/profiles - we will take it from there.
